I'm Christina Lopes, DPT, MPH
My career spans more than two decades. I spent the first decade in neuropediatric physical therapy after my doctorate at NYU, accumulating 16,000 patient hours with the body. A master’s at Johns Hopkins sharpened the systems-level thinking that lets me see patterns most clinicians miss.
Then something happened my clinical training couldn’t explain. My own awakening cracked open everything I thought I knew. And I learned what no degree had taught me. The deepest patterns don’t live in the muscle, the mind, or the story. They live underneath all three.
The decade since has been spent working at that layer. More than 4,000 women have walked through this work with me. The methodology I teach now holds clinical precision and spiritual depth in the same hands.
