  • As a survivor of sexual abuse at the hand of a parent and the other parent who abandoned me, this entirely resonates. I knew I came here to break generational curses. I became my personal transformation in my 20s. I finally made a breakthrough 5 years ago. I know the next step I have to take to step into my power. I married my counterpart very strong in the solar plexus. I feel like I have walked in his shadow much too long. My solar plexus is where I am blocked and my contract with my husband needs to be null and void. I am just not sure if this means divorce? We have children together and I don’t believe in dividing families. Can this be power center be healed within a relationship I wonder?

Hi KK- thanks for sharing! We are so happy to have you in our community, sending you love and strength on your journey!

  • I love how you are so focused. You go in one direction, then in another, but you always come back on the main track. Very pleasant to follow your reasoning. Lots of good advices along the way. Thank you!

Hi Serge! Thanks so much for your kind words and support of Christina! We are so glad to have you in our community! ❤

  • I particularly loved this recording, so much wisdom indeed. I can confirm from personal experience. Just recently I’ve gone through an intense healing with my sister. Long story short, I was able to free myself, therefore began the deep healing process of our relationship, by facing one of the most scariest fears: losing my sister. I faced it admitting to myself first, and then gently but firmly to her directly, that no matter what I will always love her BUT I have the right to leave her out of my life if I find her behaviour toxic and disrespectful toward me. I reminded her that I choose to keep her in myself as long as our relationship evolves towards healthy exchanges but by no means it is an obligation. Blood is not a chain. And for me this was extremely hard to admit but I felt so free once I did. We are a work in progress, both of us is doing our best to heal our sisterhood, even if it was hard at the beginning, now I am so grateful for both of us stirrin in the same direction of love ❤️🙏

  • Thank you for this – the emotional abuse I’ve experienced in my family was so insidious that my life has been a series of disasters up until now (I’m 65). I’m dealing with the guilt of letting go and thankfully I have a brother who is a beautiful soul and together we hold each other up. The guilt is dissipating and I feel lighter than I ever have. Again, thank you thank you thank you.

  • How do we heal child traumas if they are unconscious and we cannot gain access to them?

Hi Benjamin, thanks for your question! Christina does read each of the comments, but she is not able to provide individual guidance in the comments. I’ll pass along your question as a possible future video. ❤❤

    • You can do it in 2 ways at least how I know it.
      1. Ayahyasca
      2. Deep trans state which can be done by therapist or hypnotist or even yourself in meditation. You need to have intention of healing childhood trauma before going to that state.

Both of methods are equally easy or hard because both have their advantages. It takes strong spirit to enter psychedelic world and require strict preparation before entering there but when you are there you can get 10 years of therapy in 6 hours. In other hand trans require less preparation and cautions to enter in but don’t give 10 years or therapy so you would need to do it multiple times for even get half of benefits of one ayahuasca journey.
