Discover the 3 spiritual truths about healing and whether we ever get to a point of being completely healed.

Have you ever felt like no matter how much healing work you do, there’s always more to be done? You might feel like you’re constantly chasing a carrot that you can never catch.

I too got stuck in the cycle of healing, doing everything I could to find fulfillment and joy. But what I didn’t know is that it was already inside of me.

  • Hello. I have been very excited to have found, or be led, to your videos. Perfect timing! ; – ). Sometimes I struggle with symptoms of cPTSD. Yesterday is a case in point. I woke so focused soon very deep, very dark rage, it was like the angriest hurt part of myself was already driving the bus before I had woke and I could find no tool to change things but letting time do its magic. After many hours something shifted and I was able to soften and let my most authentic self lead. When I have these episodes they can take a physical toll. I also have very terrible headaches. All of this happens much less than it did years ago as I have been doing much inner work. I resonate highly with understanding healing as layers and cycles. Still, I can get very frustrated and beaten down especially around issues of pain. It is a work in progress! thank you for doing and sharing such wonder-full work.

  • (kinda from my earlier comment)Its wild to me that, in times where I feel such darkness, I would do well to just observe and let it happen, which I guess I did. But it FEELS very dangerous as I am seemingly “spitting venom”. (in response to the conundrum of “inner resistance”) I am not resisting this part but this part nearly kills me!

    Hallo Christina!

I really agree with your message… I’ve started to recognize and work with traumas, ‘rooted’ in my childhood, as I (finally) have found a very good therapist, specialized in PTSD. BUT, starting to revive some quite tough traumas (gladly in the beginning or end of the day!..) I’ve realized that I have become more anxious and ‘down’ than before and also got some depressing nightmares for present! 😅.
So, being aware of the fact that your thoughts and what you are doing affect your feelings – is a very wise advice!! Thank you for reminding!! ❤️

Christina, Great video. I sometimes wonder of I am really a White Lighter. I am a teacher and the kids really like me. But am I fantasizing? I have found some personal healing and think I’m a better teacher because of it. I sometimes I think I’m stuck, not happy with my life, but stuck in a 40 year marriage . to a man who used to be my soul mate– where did he go?? (mentally) He definitely not on a quick ascending course!
It is funny, karma? After watching this I wondered to another video. An interview between Dr. Temple Grandin a animal behaviorist who wrote a book called The Visual Thinker– like me! And the Podcaster a psychologist Jordon B Peterson. “Autism, Achedemics and Animals” He’s Definitely Not a visual learner, trying to understand her thinking and how those with autism think. It is like me? Im a visual thinker, not really autistic , but my daughter, i wonder. My oldest daughter who I try to reach and help her , she is so lost. She self medicates to block the visions she sees, she is so afraid of possible evil following her. Is this a way to reach her? Is this my calling? Or just help me understand myself.
“accept people as they are” , “You didn’t cause it, you can’t change it, You can’t change them, . . . something like that. mantra. It’s been awhile since I went to ” those meetings” video-https://youtu.be/XYZP1wuGBD8
