Hello. I have been very excited to have found, or be led, to your videos. Perfect timing! ; – ). Sometimes I struggle with symptoms of cPTSD. Yesterday is a case in point. I woke so focused soon very deep, very dark rage, it was like the angriest hurt part of myself was already driving the bus before I had woke and I could find no tool to change things but letting time do its magic. After many hours something shifted and I was able to soften and let my most authentic self lead. When I have these episodes they can take a physical toll. I also have very terrible headaches. All of this happens much less than it did years ago as I have been doing much inner work. I resonate highly with understanding healing as layers and cycles. Still, I can get very frustrated and beaten down especially around issues of pain. It is a work in progress! thank you for doing and sharing such wonder-full work.
