Job Opportunity: Business Coordinator

Your primary responsibility is to ensure the seamless operation of our company and all its digital products.

The Business Coordinator is a pivotal operations and strategic team member who reports directly to our CEO and also works in close collaboration with our Founder and Master Content Creator/Spiritual Teacher, Christina Lopes.

You love to be a part of a growing team within the Spirituality and Personal Development space and strive to support people who are currently facing significant spiritual and personal challenges in their lives.

The ideal candidate should be extremely tech-savvy, have an intrapreneurial spirit, and have a strong analytical background with quick problem-solving skills.

The Business Coordinator will be responsible for helping to ensure the day-to-day operations of our business (30% admin/ops) and also helping to deliver top-notch experiences within our growing online community (70% community-related).

Initial 90-day contract, moving into a part-time position. The hours required for this position are an estimated 10-15 hours per week and can be done 100% remotely. The position reports to the CEO.


1. Support the delivery of a world-class member experience in our online community and digital products by:

  • Collaborating with our Community Manager and Coaches in providing member support within the community.
  • Supporting the Community Manager with backend operational tasks within our community platform.
    Ensuring the proper functioning of our online community, coordinating with our community host platform and making sure everything is running properly.
  • Integrating all our various technology tools to ensure the proper functioning of our community across multiple platforms (HeartBeat, ConvertKit, Zapier, Stripe, Paypal, WordPress).
  • Helping to track and report on important community metrics to the leadership team.
  • Communicating new tech platform and social media functionalities to the team.

2. Ensure the seamless day-to-day operation and growth of our company by:

  • Implementing strategic decisions from our CEO and Founder.
  • Collaborating with our YouTube Project Manager in implementing our Social Media strategy.
  • Analyzing Social Media and other important metrics for the growth of the company.
  • Quickly troubleshooting tech issues within our various tech tools and online platforms.
  • Ensuring the seamless collaboration of all team members.
  • Maintaining and designing social media content calendars and helping to keep the team on task.
  • Supporting leadership brainstorming and creation of high-quality, brand-appropriate content.
  • Managing and posting content across assigned social media channels.
  • Contributing ideas to improve the company’s operations and/or the community/digital product experience for all customers.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact with the public within our multiple company email accounts.
  • Collaborating with our Accountant in maintaining proper bookkeeping year round (Quickbooks).
  • Creating and executing internal business processes to ensure proper and rapid functioning within the company.


  • Experience. 2-3 years in a Business Coordinator role or equivalent.
  • Tech Savvy. A deep understanding of the various technologies we use (Convertkit, WordPress, HeartBeat, Zapier, Stripe, Paypal, Google Drive, Quickbooks, Excel) and/or a very rapid learning curve for tech.
  • Problem-Solving. Quick to get to the bottom of tech issues and solve them in an efficient way.
    Intrapreneurial. Self-starter, self-motivated, proactive, and action-oriented. Takes the initiative and self-manages easily with minimal direction.
  • Analytical. Knows what business-related data to look for, what it means, and how to engage with the data and use it for strategic purposes.
  • Process-driven. Very focused on internal processes and systems and how to make the company work in a more efficient way.
  • Enthusiasm. Exhibits passion and excitement about work. Has a can-do attitude.
  • Listening skills. Lets others speak and seeks to understand their viewpoints.
  • Communication. Speaks and writes clearly. Maintains a similar standard in all forms of written communication, including e-mail.
