I am definitely experiencing burnout and have been since my now 5 year old was born. It got a little better when he was 2 to 3 but then I got pregnant with my only daughter. 4 kids, my husband and myself locked a house for 2 years due to the pandemic. It’s been a lot and I’m so tired, my soul is tired. My interests have fallen to the side and I’m in survival mode. I haven’t listened to this yet, but your other work is helping me immensely and I just know that I found you in order to get back to myself and move forward in my spiritual awakening. I got stuck in the daily routine and avoided dealing my childhood trauma, which is something else I’m working on with assistance from your videos and website. I can’t be the best version of myself (mother and all) if I’m burnt out. Thank you.
