  • Hi Christina another brilliant vid I injoy all your videos anyway as soon as I wake up in the morning I go straight into medication and I do yogo and Qigong to get my energy circulating plus some tapping but I will definitely be doing more of your practices from now on thank you.

    My name is Jennifer Knight. I have been living with chronic post traumatic stress since I was a very young child. I am 48 now and I have been in therapy since I turned 14. I have hit rock bottom in ways I am not able to explain. So, I am reaching out for help because I cannot live like this ANYMORE. I am losing hope and I really want to heal. Please help if you can.

  • Dear Christina & Team,

    I watched your Top 2 Daily Routines and like the following routines.

    Morning Routine:
    – Good Morning Talk
    – Exercise
    – Meditation
    Night Routine:
    – Dance
    – Stretches

    Shamefully I go to bed at 5am in the morning coz I have lost my job for quite a long while, which made me feel pretty down! However, I started a morning walk for the first time for 50mins after I woke up last Sunday. Indeed it was an afternoon walk coz I woke up at 1pm. Hope I can wake up earlier bit by bit each day!

    I do run in the evening say at 10pm for 30-40mins. After the run, I do a bit stretches and core. I always hope to join some dance classes but don’t know which one to choose. My mind thinks around Zoomba Dance but not sure if it’s good. Recently a friend introduces some Conscious Dance which doesn’t have fixed format but simply move freely. I have joined 2 sessions, not sure if this is the one I should practice.
