How To Rise Above The Terrifying Fear Of Failure. 1920 1080 Christina Lopes

Learn why the fear of failure is so common in humans and the 3 tips to help you overcome this fear easily.

As you might know, I recently came back from a months-long content creation break. For the first time in many years, I stopped publishing videos.

Burnout is no joke. Seriously.

At first, I started wondering where I went wrong. In fact, I felt like a failure.

But I always learn the most from my toughest times, and the end of 2021 was no different. By the time I was done healing and started posting content again, I had so many new revelations about failure.

I created this week’s video to help you learn why a fear of failure is so common and how you can overcome this fear once and for all. By following the steps in this video, you can finally move forward and accomplish even your biggest goals.

You’ll hear:

💥Why the fear of failure is so prevalent in humans.

💥 The biology behind the fear of failure.

💥 The biggest spiritual takeaway about the fear of failure.

💥 3 tips to help you overcome this fear quickly.

💥 A warning about the fear of failure.

Here’s the audio version of this video:

  • Timely message….

  • Thank you for creating this video, it resonates so much with me and gives me the courage to try and move out of my self sabotaging phase. As always you are enlightening and I love the way you story tell! Thank you!!!

  • Thank you so much for this. The spiritual explanation had me in tears. I had struggled so much with this last year and am finally coming out on the other side. I’m grateful for more awareness on the FoF as well. I can see how this is a problem for me in many areas.
    Thanks again!!

  • I totally understand what you are saying! I recently severely injured my right ankle, left knee and rib cage during an embarrassing fall (at work). I was in pain for over a month, moved into the “woe is me” mantra, binge watched series and episodes of not-very-good drama stories and just could not get motivated! Finally after three months I said “enough”! and started one small step – listen to my sacred music, listen to one of the past courses on intuition I had in my audio library. Finally, I found my resistance bands and started moving again. Now, I am productive, back to my to-do list, learning new technology… it does take just one small step, followed by a second, then another and another. You will feel better, though never the same as before the “awakening”!

  • Thank you for this. Clear and uplifting, left me with some applicable ideas and deep questions to explore.

  • Listening and watching your videos is music to me. Your straightforward but pleasant approach to teaching spiritual awareness and Devine discipline to ascension, I welcome as a good meal. When I feel fear I first label it as something that is NOT Love. I next breakdown the goal I was after into small achievable steps, then lean into the winds of resistance to overcome. Unfortunately it seems fear has really infiltrated me. Oh well, guess I’ll just work on finding my heart, my I AM self where peace can replace fear and I can love everything and everyone deeper with the fullness of my FATHER-MOTHER GOD. Love your work, love U. Until we meet. Be You.

  • I am a retired teacher. I realized children playing video games does not prepare them for failure. They can always hit reset and redo to win. So when they fail a test they always want a redo!
I admire your honesty. I did not think anything negative about you taking time off. You deserve to rest and regroup.
    Blessings and Good Health!
