  • I love your videos but everytime I listen to one, I fall into a deep sleep and wake up at the end. Its so hypnotic for me. I believe i still get alot out of them subconsiously.

  • Thank you for the tips! I’ve had many lucid dreams, usually with the realization that I’m in it, followed by, ” I can do anything!!” I usually fly, but definitely haven’t stayed neutral & wake up too quickly

Very interesting: This time your advices are not new to me! As an hsp, I’ve dreamed a lot in my life. And for decades been journaling my dreams – and understood that they often give me guidance and have helped me to heal old wounds! ❤️

  • Hi. I have accidentally found myself lucid dreaming before. I have never considered that it could help me work through my childhood and lifelong trauma. I listened to your video, but I may need to listen to it a few times. Maybe I can learn to value myself and take care of myself if I can work through the trauma that left me only considering my survival and caring for everybody else. It seems that I’m starting to connect to the dots as to how I ended up filling my life with people for whom I need to care for, and why I never seem to be able to realize my needs are important too. Anyway, I’m sure that’s too much information for the comments, but your videos and information are truly helping me figure out where I’m at and how to move forward. Thank you.

    Hello!
I’ve been trying to lucid dream for a while with little to no success. I feel it would be so helpful to me in my spiritual journey.
I managed to become aware I was dreaming once about 7/8 months ago. I woke up multiple times close apart and fell back into the same dream scene. I think the 3rd time I realized I was dreaming because it was the same scenario but instantly woke myself from my elevated excitement. “I’m dreaming, I’m dreaming!” Total bummer.
Since I’ve done the affirmations before falling asleep to “recall my dreams and to become aware I’m dreaming when I’m dreaming,” I’ve read lucid dream books, and I’ve listened to audio of meditation while falling asleep to help one activate a lucid dream and I haven’t had any success.

I wonder if there are other things that may effect our ability to easily become aware when we’re dreaming and how to really align ourselves to be successful at this. I know I was able to once, but I kinda feel like it was because of a special situation that doesn’t usually or ever happen. Waking up, recalling dream, and then being able to quickly fall back to sleep, and entering the same dream scene to triggered my awareness, only happened because everything lined up to allow it to happen.
I feel like when I’m in dreams sometimes I sense it’s really weird & sorta feel like I’m not reacting to what’s going on like I normally would. Like how normally I would second guess how bizarre things are or the people in them that are living or passed on, and not hesitating to jump from 2 stories up, but I still don’t come to the realization I’m dreaming?
So would/could it be a chakra thing holding me back from experiencing lucidity? Could it maybe be our soul contract that’s not allowing me or others to, sooner then we’re supposed to?
My top reason to lucid dream, at the moment, is to try to heal myself/others, activate my kundalini to open my 3rd eye/remove the veil so I can hone my intuitive & spiritual gifts, and open a clearer channel to connect with my higher self and my guides to start receiving downloads, and receive help from my team. Even though the books I’ve read say to have a plan for when you become lucid could I be forcing it to much? Would having a strong reasons to want to lucid dream get in my way?
Would I have more success if I focused on just becoming lucid, to say fly, at first? And is there a way to get the answer to my question to if it’s not the right time to soon, and/or if I’m not meant to use lucid dreams for my spiritual growth, therefore I’m unable to no matter how much I want to?

Other questions- are we dreaming of other lives or us on other planes of existence/parallel realities? Do you have any key how to’s to help to astral project?

I really appreciate your videos and Im sorry for my long message. I’m really hoping I can get some insight that I haven’t heard yet, that may be the missing link I need to have success with this. ❤️Fingers crossed that you’ll make more videos on this topic and address some of my questions. Do you have a meditation for lucid dreams or astral projection?

All my best to you and your team, Mandymay
Thank you! Thank you!! Thank you!!!

Hi Mandy! I hope this video helped you! I will pass the rest of your questions along for a possible follow up video! ❤

  • I have been doing this without realizing it is lucid dreaming. I give myself the mantra: Any dreams I need to remember, I will remember in the morning, and interpret them correctly. I have gained much wisdom this way. I also keep a dream symbol book handy but I have not had to use it too often since my awakening.

Hi Joanne, this is a great mantra- so happy this has been working for you! Thanks for sharing. ❤❤

  • Dear Christina, everything that I am going through for the last 2 years resonate so much with your awakening stages. You are a gift from god that I get help through you whenever I need. I normally see vivid dreams for the last 2 years on a regular basis. Sometimes it becomes information overload. I wrote in my journal the affirmation you gave in this video and tonight I got the exact message that I am supposed to get. It’s so beautiful. But I haven’t tried or reached lucid dreaming yet but received a clear message. You and your work are inspiring for those who still do not know how to give back to the society though the call has already come. Thank you 🙏

What a lovely message! Thank you so much for your kind words and support of Christina! We are so glad you are a part of our community! 😍

  • Thank you. Wrote down steps. Have a dream journal. Will start tonight!!

  • In my childhood I couldn’t get what I wanted and that was the “normal reality” of people around me, so I started to dream about “things” I wanted to have or what I wanted to become. Automatically… For a very long time I believed what I am is not “normal”.I was waiting for the nights, because then I could live the life I imagined. I have no idea why I selected such a difficult place to start at, but for sure it has meaning. At least I knew about lucid dreaming, when I was 6 years old 😀
