  • Love a good sound bath meditation! The vibrations are lovely to listen to, and really help me not focus on distractions in and around my body.

  • Thank you Christina for this inspiring video. I started mindfulness meditation 4 years and ago practised daily for a solid 2 years. Since then it has become irregular. My favourite meditation ivolves sitting in the car as a passenger, observing nature and stilling my mind. We travel 2 hours up and down to our cottage weekly and the scenery is so beautiful! I particularly enjoy the sky. It’s truly
    nature’s canvas displaying an ever changing disply of art. I also adore trees, they are one of the most beautiful creations. When I observe nature, stilling my mind is so easy. With your tips today, I hope to rekindle my desire to meditate indoors especially as the weather cools. I will definitely try some different types of meditations. Thank you so much!

  • This is truly a life changing video. And the timing for this lesson is just too good. I have been very sick myself to a point that I even asked myself a question -“what is wrong with you?”. It has been a roller coaster of things but giving up was not an option.
