It was my first ever retreat. However, that magic energy created by all like-minded people, everyone's dedication to work and mutually support each other during challenging times of healing is something that created very intimate family feeling almost instantly. I have never seen or felt that before. Especially the level of absolute safety and an absolute absence of judgement of any kind.

The whole retreat from start to finish was very well organised , the Hotel was fab and right near the beach overlooking a golf course , food was on par too ! I had a wonderful, amazing, spectacular spiritual/social experience! Energy vibes were really really high! Food was delicious and healthy, nature wild and beautiful, accommodation comfortable and magical, service excellent and willing to help. I felt that everything is well organized and we were in a safe space to open our hearts, share our worries and enjoy the moment of free expression and exchange of our feelings/emotions. My time spent in Costa Rica with Christina and her beautiful spiritual coaches was absolutely magical! I have grown and transformed spiritually and energetically by opening my heart to allow for more abundance of love.
