Discover the new hidden energy emerging on planet Earth and four powerful tips to help you work with this new energy and the emotional and physical changes it causes.
In the past, this may have been shocking to say, but I think everyone sees it now:
The old world we lived in before is dying, and a New Earth is taking its place.
Contemporary spiritual teachers call this the transition from 3D/4D into the new earth of 5D consciousness.
But this knowledge is not new.
For thousands of years, old shamanic and First Nation peoples have prophesied this new earth. One of my favorite old prophecies is the Hopi people’s prophecy of the Fifth World.
The Hopi have long talked about a prophecy where the current 4th world of disharmony, social unrest and chaos would give way to a Fifth World:
Filled with harmony with the Earth and respect for all life.
Central to the Hopi prophesy is the idea that the new fifth world would be built on the recognition of the interconnectedness of all things.
Interesting that the Hopi call this new age the Fifth world, just like contemporary spiritual teachers call it 5D consciousness.
And guess what?
We are at the transition point right now!
But although this shift is exciting and many of us can already feel the new earth consciousness, there are a few challenges we face during this transition as spiritually awakened souls.
Especially a new hidden energy that can overwhelm you if you don’t know how to work with it.

You may remember me from the Heart Accelerator Retreat at the Vidamar Resort in 2022. I wanted to let you know that I’m finally retiring from my 9-5 office admin career in order to follow my true purpose. I’ve been happily living in 5D since my big shift in April 2018, but I didn’t fully assimilate my role as a Lightworker until just before my book was published last December. But now that “Lightworker” is out there, I can leave my old life behind and step boldly into this role.
Christina, because you and your videos were such an important part of my spiritual education, and because your energy resonates deeply with mine, I wanted to check in and see if you are looking to grow your team. If memory serves, your team is young and talented and energetic. I’m laughing, here, because I am so very different and feel quite audacious for putting myself forward. Yes, I may be older, but I’m fit and healthy and fully open to learning as much as I can about healing and mentoring. I have yet to meet others in Vancouver who embody 5D energy, so perhaps I can offer something unique just by being me – a quiet, gentle, soul – integrated and whole, living in “in harmony with the earth and respect for all life.” (I absolutely love your description of 5D from this video, Christina.) My retirement date is Oct 31/24 – YAY! The plan is to relax for a while as I contemplate next steps. I already know in my heart that I’m willing to relocate and will apprentice for as long as I can manage financially.
I was so tempted to join the upcoming retreat in Costa Rica – the video clip of the venue is stunning. I will miss seeing my fellow 2022 retreaters – so please pass along my very best wishes, and post photos!!!
