It made me feel a lot of peace which was of real comfort in these troubled times. It helped to put my life in perspective and to see that I will return to energy when my life is over and I don’t have to be afraid!

I started the meditation palms up, deep breaths. My 80 pound labradoodle was asleep! I could feel the energy in the center of my palms. She jumped up and started licking my hands. She has never done that with a meditation.

Thank you so much for the lions gate portal meditation – I loved it the visual, the music, the images! I smiled at the sun, I smiled at Sirius, and the Goddess Ast and the lion. Its been tough lately, and I found the video calming and relaxing I had a sensation in my feet, I think with the Goddess.
