  • Thank you for another lovely and to the point video!
    Going through my own on going healing process I’ve become more aware of how much trauma there is in people.
    In myself I’ve had many layers of trauma and though I’ve managed to sort through some of it I have definitely been stuck.
    But now thanks to your informative videos and especially learning about how the lower chakras function I am now able to get things moving and clearing. The soul retrieval aspect is definitely a huge piece for me also. It all helps, the guided meditations, the activations,etc. I have much work to do and am so very grateful to you Christina! Hahaha! Even though it is work, I can see and feel benefits witnessing more beauty and grace even amidst the chaos and my energy level increasing even though sometimes I’m completely wiped out for a whole day I am learning to accept this as part of the healing process. So I will keep on keepin’ on!

  • Hi Everyone,
    What Christina says about traumas returning many times is accurate, but I’ve found I don’t work on the same aspect each time. I learned early on that trauma has layers like an onion or a parfait. The first time I delve into it, I take care of the worst part. Then I come back to do some fine tuning as I grow in other areas. That way, I’m staying balanced in my growth. It is always a slow process, keeping mind, body, emotions, and Soul on the same page, but I can see how unbalanced healing can upset a person enough to cause other problems. Christina acknowledges only three parts, but I’ve seen all four affecting me. I hope my process can help others.
