Discover the spiritual secret behind procrastination and the top 5 ways to help you overcome procrastination quickly.

I used to be a master procrastinator.

When I was in undergrad, I would famously wait until the day before a test, lock myself in my room all night and cram, then show up half asleep in class the next day to complete the test.

I always planned to study for tests more in advance but it just never happened. And it wasn’t just studying:

I procrastinated with everything in my life, big or small.

And it seems I’m not alone. When I polled my audience on YouTube and Instagram:

👉🏽 Over 75% of my audience said they procrastinated with everything in their lives.

👉🏽 And about 20% said they procrastinated only with small things.

So if you are a procrastinator, you’re definitely not alone. And by now, you also probably know it’s not good for you and holds you back.

But then, if this is true:

Why do we procrastinate?

Why do we keep doing this thing that prevents us from moving forward and getting things done in our lives: big things and small things?

This video will answer that question by going beyond the mainstream personal development and psychology view of procrastination and seeing it also from a spiritual perspective.

Because without understanding what is happening on the spiritual and energy level, it’s almost impossible to break free from procrastination.

You’ll learn:

💥 What procrastination is from a spiritual perspective.

💥 The real reason why you procrastinate. And this is going to be a game changer in helping you finally break free from doing it.

💥 Top 5 ways to overcome procrastination so you can get stuff done in your life and reach your highest potential.

  • I am one of the 5% that doesn’t procrastinate. My mother taught me young that if I get things done early, there will be more time to enjoy the good things. Pleasure is a reward, not a means of avoidance. She also defined things that need to be done on a regular basis and helped instill a sense of urgency. If I see something needs to be done, I do it as soon as possible. Thus I am considered a self- starter.

People don’t usually see me as I see myself. Many people expect things for certain reasons. Such things are not needs, they are external expectations. They define me their way, which can be hurtful and counter productive. Expectations create an image defining a person, but they may not be truly that which they are called. I am called lazy because my values are different from those of others; yet I make dreams come true, when those who called me lazy do not.

I do have occasional trouble when sickness or trauma happens in my life. During those times, I acknowledge that my energy has been attacked and I need to heal before I can move forward. The healing process is not procrastination. Misnaming a process is a good way of stopping it from the good it can do.

I like your video. Many of the items shown were things I do on a regular basis. One minor difference is in the chakra exercize. I prepare myself for the exercise by tightening all muscles, pushing the energy into the solar plexus. Then I imagine what I want done before pushing it out and releasing all my muscles.

  • Please, Christina, what do you wear around your neck?

  • Absolutely love all your content <3

I would say step 1 should be to move. The person in freeze mode has to change the physiological state when they catch themselves spiralling in their head or later when they start to do procrastination behaviour e.g. procralearning like in my case 😉
Movement can be 1-3 min favourite energising song or jumping side to side or jogging in a spot while reclaiming their life vision.
Only then relaxing and grounding will work as there is too much pent up energy for this to be effective – this is why so many people say they can't relax or that breathing doesn't work.

    Good luck everyone!
