Do you have the sensation that you carry some sort of “baggage” from the past that you can’t quite remember?
So many of us do.
Many of us have had painful childhoods (or past lives if you believe in reincarnation), sometimes to the point where we don’t even remember some of the things that happened.
That was me for over 30 years of my life.
I carried around this hidden “burden”, painful repressed memories that my mind had dissociated from because they were just too hard to deal with.
And I carried on with life, without understanding the true impact all this baggage had on me and those around me.
Thankfully, I’ve been able to heal the repressed trauma that was buried in me and shot two videos to help you do the same (found here and here).
But this week, I got a question from one of our community members.
She expressed that she too feels (an important sign that you have stuff to heal) she has repressed memories but doesn’t know how to access them in order to heal.
She asked:
“How did you remember your trauma? Was it in meditation? Or was it just by living your life normally that all the stuff came up?”
Fantastic question and the answer is found in this video.
I share some simple tips to help you heal any past issues, even when you don’t remember them.
Bottom line:
It’s a lot easier to heal repressed or painful memories than you think.
You can do this Beautiful Heart! We’re all so much stronger than we know.
And when your past is healed, you step into another level of life. Some call it living in the 5th Dimension.
I prefer to use the term Grace. You begin to live with deep Grace, passion, and power.
Because you no longer have heavy emotional and energetic baggage to hold you back!
