Use This Shamanic Practice To Heal From Childhood Trauma 1920 1080 Christina Lopes

Do you still have unresolved or unhealed pain from your past that weighs you down?

I’ve shot 3 videos on the subject of childhood trauma, which I hope will help you heal your past.

In this video, I share an ancient but simple shamanic practice that helped me heal from trauma and return to a state of wholeness.

As shaman Alberto Villoldo puts it, this practice:

“…can accomplish what may take many years to heal employing psychotherapy.”

Amazing stuff!

But there’s a funny side note with this video. When I finished recording, I felt tired but free.  And that’s when the Universe decided to help me out with a wonderful dose of laughter.

In post-production, I noticed a big mess up. In one of the videos, I was talking about a specific shamanic tool that I used to heal my past and was sharing a simpler, Do It Yourself method.

That’s DIY…Do It Yourself. Yet Christina’s brain decided to say DUI, Driving Under The Influence.

Yep, in the middle of a video about a pretty serious topic, I repeat multiple times DUI, instead of DIY.

And I just kept going along, not noticing a thing.

I sat there looking at my video screen and initially got a little annoyed. It takes a lot of time and energy to shoot my videos and I really didn’t want to re-shoot this again.

Suddenly, as I was watching the DUI f*ck up, I just started laughing. Laughing like the Dalai Lama does, with his whole belly. The more I laughed, the better I felt.

“How pertinent”, I thought. Here was the Universe teaching me another wonderful lesson:

We can laugh through anything, even our most difficult circumstances or memories.

Laughter brings in this wonderful energy of light-heartedness. And that felt so good.

I hope it gives you a chuckle too. And never forget this:

Laughter is medicine for your heart.

So let’s get to it. Here’s what you’ll learn in this video:

  1. What spiritual dissociation is and how it contributes to significant trauma in life.
  2. The one Shamanic practice that helps heal childhood trauma once and for all.

  • Hello! I’m getting ready to ‘DUIom’ (drive under the influence of myself) through this healing process. I have a lot. I have had therapists and psychologists all tell me my trauma is extensive beyond the average trauma bear is there really average trauma lol) with this said I think it may take a while. Should I do this healing practice in one sitting or can I break it up? And if I break it up….my fear would be the trauma lingering while I’m trying to get through my everyday human life that the earthlings require of me. The reason I have suppressed/dissociated for so long was to save face and keep moving (which looking at now really just made me make bad choices and take steps backward but that’s another topic in itself). So should I reserve a good 12 hours to simply do this meditating all in one swoop would this be too painful? Or should I break it up? #askchristina. Thank you for your so many messages that help me more than anyone can ever imagine!
