Crazy Spiritual Awakening Signs: Losing Your Identity 1920 1080 Christina Lopes

Learn what to do when you experience one of the most intense spiritual awakening signs out there: Losing your identity.

Spiritual awakening can be rough and one of the first things to happen is that your identity or sense of self collapses like a row of dominoes.

I remember when this happened to me.

I was walking by a mirror in my house and stopped to look at the reflection. For a few long seconds, I didn’t recognize the person staring back. It was both an amazing and terrifying feeling at the same time.

But I never forgot that moment.

It was right at the beginning of my spiritual awakening and my life would never be the same again.

It felt like someone new was living in my body and I didn’t yet know who this person was, how she saw the world, and what she wanted from life.

So if your identity is collapsing, I know just how overwhelming it can feel. And that’s why I shot today’s video for you.

In this video, I’ll help you quickly figure out if your identity is falling and I’ll also share my top 5 tips to help you get through an identity collapse like a champ.

Here’s what we’ll cover:

💥 Why we lose our identity during an awakening.

💥 What an identity collapse actually looks like (the top 6 signs).

💥 What to do when your identity is dissolving (top 5 tips to help you get through it).

  • Thankyou so much Christina and team 💞
This video was what I exactly needed at the moment.😇

  • Yes, I am going through an identity collapse right now. I heard the 5 tips, Cristina mentions spot on what I might be going through and how to deal with it. Thank you beautiful soul!

  • Dear Christina, I value all your videos I’m finally commenting. I just recently noticed that I am not recognizing myself from so much growth. For example when I engage with people I know, I do not feel like the person I used to know. This video topic is perfect for me. I’m practicing bringing in my higher self to feel safe to the moment by visualizing light coming down through crown and saying I’m connecting to my higher self. As I listen to the video one thing I noticed was when you mentioned that fear of change can be from needing to heal the inner child. This makes sense, I had a ding ding go off, what about the adult self?Dose this adult self come from your natural parent (your history) that perhaps didn’t understand how to help you, or from the adult self you need to created? This could very well be why people have difficulty with change.

Thank you for sharing and for your insightful questions. We’re so happy to have you in this community! ❤️

  • I think I am but I have a very wounded inner child so I have a lot of anxiety and panicattacks which I am trying every hour of the day to confront. I have a therapist who is a great help. I grew up with a narcissistic and fanaticly religious mother that caused a lot of fear in my nervous system. This has made me run away from feelings of being trapped and codependent and sad and at the same time I fear being by myself. So this practise you mentioned about putting my hands on my stomach felt very good – tank you for that! I Will definitely use that from now on.
    Lots of love to you
