So–what’s this vibration stuff we’ve all been hearing about and how exactly does it apply to our lives?

Due to a current worldwide mass awakening, we’ve experienced some major energy disruptions. Consequently, the heaviness of this energy change has the potential to bring us down quite easily. 

So the more aware we are about what vibration is, the state of it, and how it affects our functionality, the better prepared we are to maintain a healthy level of spiritual energy.

Yeah, but what’s vibration? So, everything in the universe gives off energy vibrations (vibes) at a specific level. As a matter of fact, your body’s composed of particles that vibrate together at a collective frequency. Your mind, the many layers of your aura, and your chakras also vibrate separately.

Once we combine these elements, we have your vibration. This is what we refer to as the overall state and quality of your energy. 

The lower your vibration, the less fulfilled or joyful you feel overall. The higher your vibration, the more fulfilled and joyful you feel overall. 

Pretty simple, right? Now, let’s talk about a popular myth surrounding vibration. Many often think that High Vibes = Positive Emotions and Low Vibes = Negative Emotions. Let me just clarify, that certainly isn’t true. 

Who doesn’t experience heavy emotions during their lifetime? We’re human, so of course, we all do. This doesn’t mean we can’t remain in high vibration while embracing and fully experiencing heavier emotions. This certainly doesn’t mean we can’t continue manifesting amazing things into our life while experiencing tough times.

Processing heavy emotions is not only critical and healthy for prime mental and emotional health, doing so also helps you maintain high energy and vibration.

So remember, emotional avoidance is no bueno

      I have two questions, well that’s a lie, but I have two questions to ask at this time….
      What are your thoughts on fear? I have this deep seeded belief that fear is evil. I always say, if fear is associated with a decision or choice…no matter the masses or analytical mind…i will turn away and follow the path of love instead.
      How can I better manage the pain & immense pressure when taking it in from those around me?
      I sometimes have to remove myself from a location or particular persons due to the extreme uncomfort that I feel physically.
