I remember just how challenging this was in my own life. For years, it just seemed easier to be happy when my life was great and miserable when things didn’t go my way.

But then I realized just how precarious it was to live like this. Giving up control of my inner state to the outside world just seemed insane to me.

So I learned another way.

  • Great video, Christina! I have been working on a lot of these already, patience being one of them for sure. But the big thing I need to work on as you mentioned with patience is discipline. I do meditate but not every day, just when I feel like it. This is just confirmation for me that discipline is apart of patience and I need to set a schedule and meditate every day along with being in nature and self-care. Thanks again, Christina. You are a beautiful light to this world.

  • Another amazing video! I love how you explain things. I use mantras a lot when I feel my energy getting scattered and dipping down. I really like the Violet Flame mantra to remind me of who I am. I like to picture myself as a speck of light inside Source, safe and whole. One of my biggest challenges was not feeling worthy of existence. In meditation, mantras and learning from your videos, I learned my value and my life is in an unbelievable upward trajectory. The soul retrieval has been very intense and all the flashbacks have been tiring, but the work is so worth it. Thank you for all you do.

  • Hi Christina, thanks for the vid today.
    I know I’m impatient and tend to feel anxious when I have to slow down. I’ve done some work on this and realise it comes from childhood fears (I sped up as a kid to stay safe), and meditation helps so much with impatience. Observing my impatience can actually be quite funny sometimes!

    So, first I’m going to focus on impatience and discipline. My mantra is “Everything is how it needs to be right now – I am safe”.
    I’ll also take a look at your video on healing old wounds. I’ve already come so far, but this work happens in layers, right? I’m sure I need to process more as I go.
