Great video, Christina! I have been working on a lot of these already, patience being one of them for sure. But the big thing I need to work on as you mentioned with patience is discipline. I do meditate but not every day, just when I feel like it. This is just confirmation for me that discipline is apart of patience and I need to set a schedule and meditate every day along with being in nature and self-care. Thanks again, Christina.
