There’s nothing quite as challenging as when your body starts falling apart on you.
I remember it perfectly well.
I was in my late 20’s and already suffering from pre-ulcers, gut irritability, severe water retention, anxiety, panic attacks, brain fog, lack of concentration, and general aches and pains.
And the list went on.
But fortunately for me, I was intuitively against pill popping. So my next best option for feeling better was to research, learn, and read anything I could about all these symptoms.
I felt deeply that the human body was meant to thrive.

I knew that all these things we tell ourselves are normal (like heartburn after a meal), were part of an “imbalance” somewhere in our system.
