LIVE VIRTUAL WORKSHOP · OCT 10, 2026 · 11 AM EDT
The two reasons you can see your patterns clearly and still can’t shift them, and a live practice that shows you the part you’ve been missing.
None of what follows is a failure on your part. Read it as a description, not a verdict.
The pattern doesn’t live in the story you tell about it. It lives in your body, somewhere your thinking mind can’t reach. And you left that place as a child, for good reason.
Your mind can’t tell you what it’s missing. It can only show you what it has, and it presents that as the whole picture. So a partial view has always felt like a complete one.
That isn’t a failure of intelligence. It’s how minds are built.
In the mind, understanding something and changing it are two separate steps, and the second one never seems to arrive. In the body, they happen at the same time.
That’s the part I’m going to show you, live.
My career spans more than two decades. I spent the first decade in neuropediatric physical therapy after my doctorate at NYU, accumulating 16,000 patient hours with the body. A master’s at Johns Hopkins sharpened the systems-level thinking that lets me see patterns most clinicians miss.
Then something happened my clinical training couldn’t explain. My own awakening cracked open everything I thought I knew. And I learned what no degree had taught me. The deepest patterns don’t live in the muscle, the mind, or the story. They live underneath all three.
The decade since has been spent working at that layer. More than 4,000 women have walked through this work with me. The methodology I teach now holds clinical precision and spiritual depth in the same hands.
The Distinction
I’m not a clinician who dabbles in spirituality. I’m not a spiritual teacher who happens to have credentials. A decade inside the nervous system, and then a decade inside the soul. That’s the credential that matters when nothing else has worked.

Because everything else that hasn’t worked was asking your mind to do something only your body can do. This isn’t more insight. It’s a live practice that shows you, in your own body, the difference between how your mind answers a question and how your body answers it. You don’t have to take that on faith, you’ll hear it happen, twice, in the room.
That work wasn’t wasted, and it wasn’t wrong. You were running the only process available to you from where you were standing. This session doesn’t ask you to start over. It shows you the piece that was never accessible from there.
Register anyway. You’ll be able to watch the replay and you get to keep the recording of the closing practice also. Live is better — you can be in the hot-seat pool and feel the room — but missing it doesn’t cost you the workshop.
No. Camera off is completely fine, and nobody will ask you why. You can also stay off the chat. Nothing in this session requires you to be visible to anyone.
Most approaches ask you to pick a side: the clinical or the spiritual. I don’t work that way and never have. I spent a decade as a clinician, 16,000 patient hours, learning to read what a body is doing. Then I went through an awakening myself, not theory about one. You’re not getting a technique borrowed from a modality. You’re getting someone who reads the whole system, physical and energetic, at the same time.
You won’t be. Before the coaching, you’ll have the chance to say whether you’re interested. If you are, you’re in the pool. If you’re not, you’re not. Nobody is called on without having said yes to it first.
